To Choose

February 5, 2014
Do u know that what I believe is completely contradictory to everything I was brought up to believe? And it's not to shun any of the people who influenced me. it was just a desire to learn. Our children's children will greatly benefit from this knowledge. On a humanitarian scale this generation and generations before us will look primitive compared to the knowledge they receive and it will be based solely around one word. Love. Try saying to yourself repeatedly and in every situation. "I choose to love" and watch what happens.

One Day Challenge: the Biggest Loser

February 5, 2014

Today I took the One Day Challenge and to my amazement, the thing that stood out the most during the day was myself...my own negativity. I have been a faithful watcher of The Biggest Loser television show. I have found it very inspirational and eye-opening.

Complaining on the golf course

August 26, 2013

I took the One Day Challenge back in March of 2012. I live in the greater Toronto area, which is normally still pretty cold as winter winds down. It just so happened, we had a beautiful stretch of warm weather and some golf courses were open for business! Two gentlemen and I had the pleasure of playing a round of golf that day! I picked this day to do the challenge figuring the negatives would be pretty low on such a wonderful day. Well as it turned out, that was not the case! One of the gent...
